In 2003, after working as an associate for Ryan & Brennan for seven years, John M. Donnelly
joined the partnership, which then became known as Ryan, Brennan & Donnelly LLP. John
specializes in structuring all types of real estate transactions.
 

With over 20 years of experience, John has closed thousands of transactions on behalf of
buyers, sellers and lenders. In the process, John has fostered relationships with fellow real
estate attorneys, realtors, lenders and title companies. These relationships, together with John’s
experience in the industry, enable him to provide comprehensive services to clients that will
allow for a smooth and stress free closing process.
